1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Choice Limiter 365 Google Forms™ Add-on ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

Choice Limiter 365 is a Google Forms™ Add-on that allows Google Forms™ owners to set response limits on individual answer choices. Once a choice reaches its limit, it is automatically removed from the form so new respondents cannot select it.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid Google account and comply with Google's Terms of Service to use this Add-on. By using the Add-on, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Add-on.

5. Subscription and Payment

Choice Limiter 365 may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Add-on to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of Google services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Add-on is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choice Limiter 365 and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Add-on, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Add-on will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
